Gerald L Posted March 14, 2021 Report Share Posted March 14, 2021 (edited) Bonjour, entre samedi 8h30 et ce dimanche 13h, il y a eu un incident sur B6R62 (pop arleux-49m-1), plus de synchro pour tout le monde, même mes voisins chez Orange. Ca a été réparé vers 13h, depuis ma synchro fait le yoyo: ça fonctionne 5 minutes, puis retour étage 2, étape 3 assez longue, puis ça enchaîne et ça refonctionne pendant quelques minutes et ça retombe. Mes voisins chez orange > RAS, la synchro tient sans problème. J'ai contacté l'assistance de free, on verra bien. Si quelqu'un a un retour d'exprérience sur ce qui peut se passer... Avec ton ticker ouvert au 32.44, il faut maintenant attendre l'intervention de Free. Courage. Tu peux suivre ton ticket incident dans ta console de gestion abonné Free. Free m'ont rappelé > le tech ne passera pas, comme je m'y attendais le problème est plus global sur B6R62 et plusieurs personnes sont impactées. Ca fait suite à l'incident du week-end.
