Bonjour,

Je ne reçois pas les email de certaines sociétés.

Ci-joint le message reçu par l'émetteur du mail qui utilise un serveur Microsoft Exchange.

Free n'accepte pas la connexion après plusieurs tentatives.

Que puis je faire, je ne sais pas qui contacter chez free.

(J'ai demandé à l'admin de supprimer ton adresse mail de ton message, c'est une donnée personnelle et la publier sur un site public comme ici risque d'augmenter considérablement le nombre de spams reçus).

Comme tu as pu le lire ici (et ailleurs), les serveurs de messagerie de Microsoft peuvent émettre de très nombreux spams et/ou des envois vers des adresses mails invalides. Lorsque le ratio est trop important, Free bloque temporairement le serveur MS concerné, et signale le problème à MS (qui n'en tient pas compte à priori). Dès que le taux redevient « acceptable », le serveur est débloqué. Cela peut se faire au bout de quelques heures, quelques jours, semaines, etc. En effet, si le taux ne baisse pas, le serveur en question est rebloqué dans la foulée. Plusieurs personnes ont pu constater que faire un test très tôt le matin pouvait aider (entre 3h et 5h du mat') car la masse de mails envoyés est beaucoup plus faible (en Europe en tout cas) et donc les taux de mails indésirables peuvent diminuer. Donc pas grand chose à faire, à part retenter à un moment plus propice. Courage et patience.

Merci @Chre , le problème c’est que c’est le serveur de mail de mon employeur qui est une société américaine. Meme les mail de verification de mon compte Microsoft ne passe pas. C’est très pénalisant. Je vais devoir changer d’adresse email donc. Dommage et c’est pénible.
