UtProsim Posted January 25, 2019 Report Posted January 25, 2019 (edited) Bonjour, suite à un sabotage d'une ligne réseaux à NICE Mercredi Matin (mais alimentant Cagnes St Laurent ..), ma free box ne fonctionne plus , un ticket à été ouvert, mais si la connection est établi, (étape 1 à 3), Téléphone OK, pas de télévision ni de WIFI depuis, comment faire bouger le ticket ou retrouver le Wiki ?? Bonjour, La freebox n'indique pas l'heure donc ? Il faut relancer la hotline avec le ticket au 3244 et insister. Vous parlez de quel wiki ? Cordialement Quote
