Spilliaert Posted November 23, 2015 Report Posted November 23, 2015 Bonjour. Jai perdu la connexion avec la freebox brutalement ce soir, j'ai essayé de rebooter, mais ça ne marche pas. Ça faisait 5 ans que l'installation fonctionnait bien et je n'ai touché à rien. Dans mon immeuble j'ai un voisin qui vient d'emménager, je pense que ça peut être lié. Comment faire pour avoir une assistance d'un technicien ( un vrai et pas la hotline ) sans attendre une semaine ? Merci Quote
