Upload dégradé en ADSL2+

Bonjour,

Je constate que ma limite d'upload en ADSL2+ diminue (jusqu'à atteindre 50ko/s) au bout d'un certain temps.
Au redémarrage de la freebox, la limite de 125ko/s reviens.
Quelles causes expliquent ce fait ?
