Freebox bloquée niveau 2 D sur Paris 1er depuis 30 minutes

Bonjour

La télévision s'est brutalement arrêtée.

Et après avoir débranché la freebox, celle-ci reste bloquée au niveau 2.

Suis-je la seule à avoir ce problème ?
