Freebox V6 Bloquée à l'étape 6

Bonjour,

J'étais bien connecté et en train de surfer en voulant débrancher un appareil j'ai débranché la freebox revo par erreur et maintenant je suis bloqué à l'étape 6 authentification en cours.

Je suis en fibre sur Paris 18eme (75018) mon répartiteur était Jem75 qd j'etais en adsl (Jemmapes).

A l'aide.
