We have several subscribers with the same issue: the internet connection is fine, SMS messages are delivered (if slowly), but it is impossible to make or receive any phone calls. I had to use my wife's BOUYGUES mobile phone to dial 3244! The most perplexing aspect is that the customer assistance is regarded as a one-of-a-kind problem in the area! The proof is that after leaving the island today, my phone resumed regular operation and I found the panne upon returning. Thank you for taking the time to work on improving your crisis communication. That would be the least of my concerns...
