Pannes à répétition dû à SFR qui est propriétaire des lignes fibre. Matériel mal installer SFR fait tout à bas coût, pour faire un max de bénéfice. Techniciens payés à bas coût donc incompetants. Celà impact les autre opérateurs. Faut que l'ARCEP intervienne
