Bonjour,

Je subis une interruption de service complet depuis une semaine. Internet/tv/tel HS avec le fbox révolution server bloqué à l'étape 2. 

Mon installation était fonctionnelle, la panne n'est donc pas de mon fait.

J'ai eu beaucoup de difficulté à avoir un face to free correct et finalement un ticket a été ouvert. Depuis... Rien ne bouge et c'est très frustrant...

Je suis en dégroupage total sur ligne inactive. 

Aidez-moi... Merci
